Description
The PTFE (Teflon) mesh conveyor belt for baking ovens is manufactured by impregnating a high-performance glass-fiber mesh with an emulsion of suspended polytetrafluoroethylene—commonly known as “the king of plastics”—resulting in a new, high-performance, multi-purpose composite material.
Key features:
1. Suitable for temperatures ranging from -196°C to 300°C, with excellent weather resistance and anti-aging properties.
2. Excellent chemical resistance: withstands corrosion from strong acids, strong bases, aqua regia, and a wide range of organic solvents;
3. Non-stick property: It does not readily adhere to any substance. Various oil stains, dirt, or other adherents on its surface are easy to clean; almost all sticky substances, such as paste, resin, and paint, can be removed with ease.
4. Dimensional stability (elongation coefficient less than 0.5%) and high strength, with excellent mechanical properties;
5. Excellent resistance to bending fatigue, making it suitable for smaller wheel diameters.
6. Resistant to chemical agents and non-toxic; can withstand almost all chemical substances.
7. Air Permeability: The conveyor belt’s air permeability reduces heat consumption and enhances drying efficiency.
Scope of application:
1. Textile and printing/dyeing: drying tunnels and conveyor belts for print drying, dyeing fabric drying, fabric shrinkage drying, nonwoven fabric drying, and other applications.
2. Conveyor belts for drying tunnels and chambers, including slack-type dryers, UV curing units, oil-coated paper drying, ultraviolet drying, and screen-printing drying of plastic products.
3. Other applications: high-frequency drying, microwave drying, freezing and thawing of various food products, baking, heat-shrink packaging, drying of general moisture-containing materials, and rapid drying of solvent-based inks, among others, for conveyor belts in drying chambers.
