Precautions to be Followed During the Operation of Teflon Mesh Belts
Teflon mesh belts have an extremely wide range of applications. They are commonly used in dryer conveyor belts, machine conveyor belts, annealing furnace conveyor belts, deep-frying machine conveyor belts, sintering furnace conveyor belts, instant-noodle steaming cabinet conveyor belts, and many other applications.

What are the different types of materials used for Teflon high-temperature fabric?
Teflon high-temperature fabric, also known as PTFE high-temperature fabric, is primarily manufactured using polytetrafluoroethylene as the raw material. This material imparts excellent dimensional stability, high strength, and outstanding non-stick properties to the fabric, making it widely used in the food industry, textile printing and dyeing, and electronic equipment manufacturing, as well as serving as an insulating material.
Structure and Installation Method of Silicone Cloth Skin
Silicone-coated fabric skinning is primarily fabricated by processing glass-fiber fabric and glass-fiber fabric coated with rubber or fluoroplastic into ring-shaped belts, which are then assembled together with metal supports, dust-proof bags, and other components. It is commonly used in the central duct to the tail flue and at the outlet of the secondary-air air preheater. The primary function of the skinning belt’s outer layer is to withstand the pressure of the flue-gas system and resist chemical corrosion from the flue gas or the external environment; moreover, the outer layer must be sufficiently flexible to accommodate displacements in all directions.
Points to Note When Using Laminated Pads in the Die-Cutting Process
So-called “sticking” refers to the situation in which, during die-cutting, the cardboard adheres to the die-cutting plate and cannot be promptly separated, thereby negatively affecting the processing workflow and product quality. In severe cases, sticking can significantly impede both the die-cutting operation and the conveyance of the cardboard, ultimately disrupting the normal production process.
In which fields are Teflon high-temperature fabrics used?
Anti-adhesive linings, gaskets, cover fabrics, and conveyor belts; conveyor belts, adhesive tapes, sealing tapes, and other products for various drying equipment, available in different thicknesses.
What are the main performance characteristics of Teflon high-temperature tape?
It is suitable for use across a temperature range from -196°C to 350°C, exhibiting excellent weather resistance and anti-aging properties. In practical applications, when continuously exposed to a high temperature of 250°C for 200 days, its strength remains unchanged and its weight does not decrease; at 350°C for 120 hours, the weight loss is only about 0.6%; and under ultra-low temperatures of -180°C, it shows no cracking and retains its original flexibility.
